Shipping
We currently ship all our products directly from our manufacturing facility in Frisco, Texas. Our default courier is DHL. We provide 3 shipping options using DHL: Overnight, 2-Day Air and Ground. If DHL does not serve your area, we will revert to using USPS with tracking. However, we will notify you if that happens. Regrettably, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, you will receive from us an Order Confirmation Email. Please keep this email, as it contains information not only about your order but also information such as your Order Number, which will help you track your order. Once your order as been placed, we will process it within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Typically, we process orders by the following business day, depending on factors such as the time of day that the order is placed and the volume of orders received on the day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has shipped. Please feel free to view the status of your order by logging on to Your Account. If you do not have an account at www.usmedeq.com, you can track your order using the Order Number contained in your Order Confirmation Email.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs are based on flat rates per item purchased, and is based on your preferred shipping method (Overnight, 2-Day Air or Ground). Your shopping cart will show you your cost prior to check out, and you will also have the option to change your selection at that time. Each item in your shopping cart has a shipping cost associated with it. |
